“How many days will it take for my item to arrive?“
Delivery time is 3-6 working days starting from our receipt of your proof of payment, or 3-6 days from your order confirmation (for COD). Delivery times are excluding Sundays and non-working holidays.
COVID-19 Advisory: Due to the challenges caused by the ongoing pandemic, all shipments may be subjected to delays.
“What is the delivery status of my order?”
You can check the real-time status of your parcel by following the tracking instructions here. If you were not give a tracking number/code or if you believe you were given the wrong tracking number, please contact us.
The item I received is damaged/defective; what should I do?
We pride ourselves on our Voyager Warranty which our thousands of loyal customers have come to rely on. If you have any issue at all with the item you’ve received, we’d be happy to help.
Please send us a message describing the nature of the problem; our team will try to troubleshoot the issue with you. If after troubleshooting the item is still not working, or the item is found to damaged or defective, our team will guide you through the warranty process.
