IN A NUTSHELL
- Six months replacement warranty on laptop chargers, keyboards, batteries, and LCD panels.
- One month replacement warranty on smartphone and tablet parts.
- We will replace any items covered by our warranty policy with a BRAND NEW item.
THE BASICS
The Voyager Warranty covers items ordered from Voyager that:

have factory defects
- are the wrong item
-
are defective/dead on arrival
-
were damaged in transit
-
suddenly stop working for no reason during the warranty period
-
contain LCD panels that do not pass ISO 9241 Class I, meaning panels with more than:
- 1 full bright (“stuck on white”) pixel
- 1 full dark (“stuck off”) pixel
- 2 single or double bright or dark sub-pixels
- 3 to 5 “stuck on” or “stuck off” sub-pixels (depending on the number of each)
The Voyager Warranty DOES NOT cover items that:

have only minor scratches or superficial cosmetic damage

have been damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accidents

have been damaged by Big Bad Things like war, fire, typhoons, or floods
-
have had the warranty sticker defaced or removed
- items not purchased from Voyager Trading
A few more things:

To initiate the warranty process, the buyer must inform Voyager and receive confirmation and a go-signal BEFORE shipping/returning an item.
- Shipping returns in improper packaging will void the warranty.

Item replacement does NOT constitute a new sale and does NOT reset the warranty period.

We do not repair items; we will replace items with brand new stock.

Voyager will not be under any obligation to replace items after warranty period.
RETURN PROCESS

After basic troubleshooting, inform the Voyager Team of the problem with the item.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, Voyager Team will provide instructions for return.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. We recommend LBC or J&T, but any courier convenient for you is fine.

ITEMS MUST BE PROPERLY PACKED; use the original packaging and box if possible.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURNS IN IMPROPER PACKAGING WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

- You must return the item before we can send the replacement. The replacement process on our end begins as soon as we receive the returned item.
- We will ship the replacement with 5 working days of our receipt of the returned item.*
RETURN AND REFUND SHIPPING EXPENSES
FOR ITEM REPLACEMENT:

First seven days after delivery – Voyager will reimburse your shipping expenses up to a maximum of 200php for shipping back the item. Please send us a scan or photo of the shipping waybill/receipt. Voyager will send the reimbursement via bank transfer or GCash. Shipping of the replacement item will be shouldered by Voyager.

After the first seven days – Return shipping will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping of the replacement item will still be shouldered by Voyager.
FOR REFUNDS (no replacement stock available):

First seven days after delivery – Voyager will reimburse your shipping expenses up to a maximum of 200php and refund the total sale amount. Please send a scan or photo of the shipping waybill. Voyager will send the refund + reimbursement via bank transfer or GCash. Shipping of the replacement item will be shouldered by Voyager.

After the first seven days – Return shipping will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping of the replacement item will be shouldered by Voyager.
FOR REFUNDS (if buyer refuses the available replacement):

Return shipping will be shouldered by the buyer.

A 15% restocking fee of the total sale will be deducted from the refundable amount.

A flat shipping fee of 180php (for small pouch items) or 360php (for large pouch items) will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Example: (charger worth 1,000php)

1,000php minus 100php [10% restocking fee] minus 150php [shipping fee] = 750php total refundable amount

Cash refunds will be sent via bank transfer or GCash. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used to make the payment only.
- The following fees are non-refundable:
- remittance fees
- InstaPay/PESONet fees
- COD fees
FOR ITEMS TAGGED AS PRE-ORDER ONLY:
- Pre-ordered items that require replacement are subject to replacement only, and do not qualify for refunds. Voyager may exercise it’s prerogative and grant refund for pre-ordered items, however, this will be the store’s prerogative.
